The Monster that Watches.

You have been standing in the ash. You have been buried beneath the earth. You have been drifting without direction. You have been hollow. You have been digging. You have been repeating.

Now it is time to look at what you have been seeing but not acting on.

There is a creature with many eyes that never close. It sees everything around it but does not understand any of it. It does not interpret. It does not judge. It simply watches. It sees the truth. It sees the pattern. It sees the way out. But it does not move. It does not act. It does not choose.

In a moment, you are going to watch with this creature. You are going to see everything it sees. You are going to feel what it feels to know the truth and do nothing about it.

And when you come back, you will see something else. You will see your own watching. Your own seeing without acting. Your own knowledge without movement.

I see.

I see the ground beneath me. The dirt is packed and cold. It presses against my belly. It presses against my legs. It presses against every part of me that touches it. I do not move. I only see.

I see the walls around me. They are rough and dark. They rise up on all sides. They block the light. They block the air. They block everything that is not this place. I do not move. I only see.

I see the other creatures. They move through the dark. They stumble. They fall. They get back up. They stumble again. They repeat the same movements. They make the same sounds. They follow the same paths. I see them. I do not call out. I do not warn them. I only watch.

I see their patterns. I see the way they circle the same ground. I see the way they return to the same places. I see the way they never learn. I see their mistakes before they make them. I see the outcome before they begin.

I do not tell them. I do not move. I only watch.

I see the light. It is far away. It is small. It flickers at the edge of my vision. It is the way out. It has always been the way out. I see it clearly.

I see the path to it. I see the steps I would need to take. I see the rocks I would need to climb. I see the roots I would need to push through. I see the darkness I would need to cross. I see it all. I see it perfectly.

I do not move.

My eyes stay open. They never close. They see everything. They see the beginning. They see the middle. They see the end. They see what is coming before it arrives.

I see the creatures that make it out. I see the ones that find the light. I see what they do differently. I see the choices they make. I see the steps they take. I see it all. I know what I would need to do.

I do not move.

The ground beneath me stays the same. The walls around me stay the same. The dark stays the same. The light stays far away. I see it all. I see it always.

I see the life I could have. I see the person I could become. I see the things I could do. I see the places I could go. I see it clearly. I see it perfectly.

I do not move.

I see the way out. I do not take it. I see the truth. I do not speak it. I see the choice. I do not make it.

I see everything. I do nothing.

My eyes stay open. They never close. They see everything. They see it always.

I see. I see. I see.

I do not move.

What is the truth about where you are right now? Not what you wish was true. Not what you think should be true. What is actually true.

Say it. Write it down. Speak it out loud.

One honest sentence.

That is where change begins.

This week, practice telling yourself the truth.

Find a quiet moment. Sit with yourself. Do not try to fix anything. Do not try to change anything. Just observe.

Ask yourself these questions:

You do not need to have perfect answers. You only need to tell the truth.

Seer cannot do this. But you can.

You are not a watcher. You are a human being with the capacity to see the truth and act on it.

That is the gift of The Soil. It is the ground beneath your feet. It is not comfortable. It is not perfect. But it is real. And it is where everything begins.

Each morning this week, take one minute. Ask yourself:

"What is the truth about where I am right now?"

Then sit with the answer. Let it be there. Let it be real.

Seer cannot do this. But you can.

You will want to stop. You will want to go back to watching. When you notice, keep moving. One step at a time.
